| SRM
is the exclusive administrator and manager of Association
operations. We are responsible for the maintenance and operation
of the Association and the common elements, facilities and
amenities controlled by the Association (the Condominium Property).
This responsibility includes the performance of the duties
placed upon the Association by the Declaration, the Articles
of Incorporation, and the Bylaws of the Association (the Condominium
Documents), except for those duties and responsibilities specifically
reserved for the Board. SRM will maintain the Association's
records, perform all normal office functions required and
provide services for members as may be approved by the Board. |

Resort Management trains each and every staff member on each
property we manage. You don't have to rely on just one person
you get the entire team that can assist you. SRM believes
that this gives our properties a higher care management. |
| Accounting
Team provides the following services |
| Stephenson
Resort Management will collect and receive all assessments
due from members of the Association. We will promptly deposit
all funds received into the Association accounts, and will
distribute funds among the Association's operating and capital
reserve accounts as instructed by the Board. All funds of
the Association shall be maintained in bank accounts under
the Association's name, in amounts that are fully insured
by the federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, unless otherwise
directed by the Board. Association funds will not be commingled
with the funds of the Management company or of any other party. |
